Please note: A few users have been experiencing problems with the registration form which is due to security settings in Internet Explorer. Those experiencing problems will in most cases not be able to proceed beyond the first page of the registration form. Here is how to possibly overcome the problem:
In Internet Explorer, click “Tools”, then click on “Internet Options”. Then select the “Privacy” tab. Set your browser to “Accept All Cookies”, confirm by clicking OK.
Registration is required for all congress participants. Please click on the above link to complete the registration process. Early registration will be closed on March 7, 2008. Any registration and payment received after that date will be accepted as
late registration. Confirmation will be sent to all participants by the
Congress Organizers upon receipt of registration and payment.
Please note all prices are subject to slight variations according to the exchange rate between NOK and Euro. The NOK has been strengthened compared to the Euro in recent months and actual deductions showing on your card statement will be slightly higher (2-8%) than the prices listed below.

Payment
All payment should be done in Norwegian Kroner.
Payment methods include VISA and Mastercard/Eurocard
Cancellation
Refunds of fee (by written request) with a 30% administrative charge deduction,
will be applied for until February 29, 2008. From March 1, 2008,
no refund will be made.
Hotel accommodation
The organizers will do their utmost to offer a choice of hotels of all
classes, including also a sufficient number of reasonable priced hotels.
All hotels are situated in the centre of Trondheim, all within walking distance to the Conference Centre.
The organizers will offer hotel prices from € 76 to € 208 per night. You
may book your hotel while you register for the conference online.
Hotel booking deadline: April 1, 2008 – after this deadline accommodation cannot be guaranteed.
